Unique device 

Electrolysis can be hugely damaging. If electric currents leave the boat as tiny earth leakages then enter the hull, engine or any metal parts, the steel will rot. The unobtrusive 8inch by 4inch SeaBis unit is a unique device that detects and warns of stray electric currents (which are the root cause of all electrolysis) allowing the owner – or electrical engineering experts such as the Pearson team – to diagnose and repair any faults before the hull or engine is affected.

Pearson Marine is the only company in the UK with rights to install SeaBis. Vessel owners are welcome to purchase their own SeaBis unit from Pearson Marine so they in effect have a constant early warning system on board, or alternatively they may wish to hire a unit from Pearson on an ad hoc basis.
